A Decent value accommodation
subway station friendly staff included breakfast shower curtain musty smell small bed
This place is right across from a subway station. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast IS included, a really big plus. I noticed there were shops and lots of different food places around the hotel.
The bathroom shower curtain did not stay inside the shower area. Water went all over the bathroom floor when i showered. I noticed the room smelled a little musty. Almost like someone else's body odor. The bed was small.

lovely breakfast affordable laundry amazing location ice machine
the breakfast had a microwave available. the staff was really nice. the location is amazing. it includes a lovely breakfast, and affordable laundry is present. the hotel also has an ice machine that i used and loved.
the shower curtain didn't hang right, i saw water poured onto the floor during my shower. i think the staffs already know this issue.

breakfasts had all you need with great coffee. a simple breakfast with delicious fruit salad, hot dishes, and yogurts made my morning. the selection of food covered my needs.

basic stay with some issues.
thin walls misleading description
I was pretty annoyed by a few things, honestly. the walls were thin and i could hear everything from the hallway. it was hard to sleep. also, the advertised daily housekeeping only happened once during my entire stay. They cleaned my room only once, and it was quite irritating because i expected fresh towels more often. the description was misleading.

Breakfast was included and had fresh waffles you make yourself, great. the location was convenient. I walked to times square easily. my standard double room was nice and neat. The bed was firm.

I appreciated the historical details displayed around the hotel (it was like stepping back in time!). The breakfast offered a variety of choices. The staff was very helpful in providing directions to nearby subway stations.

The location was great. It was near subway stations. The bed provided the right amount of firmness for sensitive backs. The room included a big window, offering lots of light.
My shower curtain didn't hang inside the shower. Water went all over the bathroom floor when showering. There was no TV or cable in my room. I was informed that they were fixing it, but it had been out for some time.

The location provided easy access to many subway lines. The staff was helpful with directions and local information. Breakfast was a plus, with a decent variety of options. I also found a small deli across the street convenient for quick snacks and drinks.
The room showed signs of age, including some wear and tear on the furniture.
